My husband does. His mouth tremors sometimes when he is talking. He’s not on any medication, but is doing exercises to try to strengthen his muscles. I think it helps. You all know exercise helps, but it is also difficult and tiring.❀️ Keep up the good fight πŸ™

I was never motivated to exercise either. But the thought that I might not be Able to walk on my own has motivated me a great deal to get moving, You can always walk with your favorite tv show

I've never been motivated to exercise just for the sake of exercise . If I walk I need to have a destination . Working in the yard is great because there is an immediately identifiable end to th process ...plus it gets me some vitamin D. Common deficiency in pd especially after a long winter when. I have been unmotivated to get outside.
I am not on any meds yet either. Really want to hold off till I really need them.
