when I appplied for disability and had my dr. appint and eval.I was overdosed on C/L and shook so bad infront of him I had ltd the next week I don't recomemend it but it worked. crazy times its my story and im sticking to it.:)

Right now the neurologist is saying she doesnt agree I can't work and won't fill out the physicians Stmt even though I don't think she knows anything about my job.

Have you filled out the papers for the LTD? Sometimes you have to apply twice. My Brother had to apply twice. They take a long time to approve a case.

My neurologist wants to see if Rytary and pt help. If I could stand long enough to do pt i'm sure it might help. My boss is left wanting / needing to replace me and I am having trouble dealing with stress and high pressure of job but need LTD benefits to afford to quit.

I can't walk far, handwriting I s illegible even by me, trouble sleeping so tired most of the time, don't drive.
