Physical therapy can help with the balance issues and voice therapy can help with the swallowing. Talk to your neurologist for referrals to therapists who are familiar with PD.

I have swallowing problem also. I'm just so afraid of choking. And I have to fall at least once a week. I'm on a walker now with threats of a wheelchair. Hope you can get it under control better than I have.
