I've tried both CBD oil is a little bit expensive. I do marijuana, I usually smoke after supper, before I go to bed. I can guarantee that after 7pm I will be having tremors and that it will be painful. But when I smoke it relax me and help me get to sleep I just don't stay that way. LOL!!! I would really research both ideas.

I use marijuana for pain and my tremor when it gets pretty bad. It really works for me. The dispensary workers really helped me find what I needed. When I lived in Oregon it was easy because it is legal. I moved to Pennsylvania and was able to get a medical card.

I don't like taking marijuana dummies at night. It kind of messes up my mind and brain all night. Can't seem to get off of a negative thought. So I crossed that one off my list for night time

I use marijuana at night to help relax and sleep. CBD oil or Gummies does nothing for me. I seem to need the THC’s. We grind the leaf and add it to a chocolate brownie recipe. A finger about 2x1 inches does the trick.

Getting the right strength is a case of trial and error as each plant differs in strength

My husband takes a CBD gummy (1/2) before bed Ive noticed it keeps his "jerks" in check during his sleep
He also takes melatonin to help sleep. The combination seems to really help
