I shake real bad and stumble a lot I can fall from standing because of my shaking I'm at wits send

Hi, it’s very frustrating isn’t it. I find a walking stick on good days and a 4 wheel walker is great on bad days. That way if I tire quickly I have a seat. Also with the walker if you have the brakes on you can use the handles to stabilise you as you get up.

I know how you feel. Are exercises your legs, that will help you to keep from falling.

Your body uses a lot more carbohydrates to metabolize your medication and feed your brain what it needs to keep your dopamine levels. The shaking could be low glucose. Eat some complex carbohydrate and see if your shaking is alleviated, it takes about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour to feel it. If you eat sugars it can make it worse because the sugar can bring your levels up quickly then slam you down faster.
