OFF Time And Pain
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

There are times, when my medication is not as effective, then at other times. I use the term "OFF" when my meds are not as effective. During my OFF periods, I have a lot of pain, enough that I could cry. Happens mostly at night. Just wondering if this common, or happens only to me.

I take the 25/100 dose, 4 t/p/y. Last dose I take is about 8or 9. Then none until 5 a.m. if your pain is at night try adjusting your time schedule.

Have you tried the C/L extended release? I have no down time since taking it. Just don’t skip a dose. I take 2 every 5 hours— 5 a.m., 10. 3, 8. Right now that’s working but as you know— things change.
