A speech therapist can help you with swallowing problems. My husband has a hard time swallowing pills as well. He hasn't done speech therapy yet, but it's coming.

Call your Neurologist and yes, start 'speech therapy'. PWP (People With Parkinson) eventually will start losing the volume of their voice' and can having small handwriting issues. Your brain is trying to control you.

P.S. I sometimes drink 'sparkling 'carbonated' water when I have difficulty swallowing.
