I ve been diagnosed 26 Years ago and the only way I can get a day that I'm not off is go with out eating all day. Then when I eat at night my meds don't work at all
Sounds like you need to speak with your Parkinson’s doctor about this. I also have COPD and have had difficulty sleeping. I also see a psychiatrist that prescribes me trazodone. It is a great osleeping medicine believe me it will work. I also have Parkinson’s.. but I do have to sleep in a recliner. This is the only sleeping pill I ever took that worked, but I have to take for a night because I have been on them so long so you may want to take less than I do and definitely only take these at night before you go to bed whatever your doctor says to do, I take 4 before bedtime, but you have to be very careful if you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom or anything else because you will be .
