We recently installed a pool. I swim laps in it and find it very relaxing and good for the soul.

I lived on Xanax for 20 years. I took them to live, but my doctor searched for a more permanent solution and we found Paxil. I stopped taking the Xanax, except when I preemptively want to prevent a panic attack. Flying, Boat rides, basically any place I can’t control the situation.

Be careful with the Xanax you aren’t supposed to be flying a plane or working air traffic control with those in your system. Of course I did a lot I wasn’t supposed to on Xanax. Sometimes I almost walked right out of my shoes.
