If so, what PD symptoms were the supplements expected to help control or reduce, how often did you take them and did they ultimately work?
Thanks for your response!

I don’t know if it qualifies as a supplement but it is OTC. I take time release melatonin to help with RBD and it is extremely helpful. It is now rare for me to have a RBD episode. Here is a link to an abstract to an article that supports use of melatonin as a treatment for RBD.

I should add that I found another article that said it was not helpful.

The only supplement taken by wwp is CBD. She has her neurologist's approval for it. How does it help with PD systems? We know that it helps with anxiety and pain. By keeping anxiety at bay, stress is also mitigated. These two factors keep her tremors at a minimum. She also takes CBD for pain. It helps her sleep too. She doesn't take aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, any anxiolytics or melatonin. We have faith in the Greenforia CBD products that we buy online. Good luck.
Ginkgo biloba - great for cognitive & memory issues. See my profile https://www.myparkinsonsteam.com/users/58b7db5e...
