I love our new YMCA AND MOSTLY the resistance pool
Check with them they gave me am assit person for free. I have some one come with me and if I overdue and start tremoring they can drive home they have to stay with mwmmme they do not charge that person
And I have thanked them over and over for this opportunity so ask your work out places to do the same

I live in a small community. The high schools use our YMCA. I am sorry to say, I can't swim. I just do the aerobic exercises.

Might check in to the local YMCA or Health Center. I swim at both. Yes, I really miss it to when I can't make it.

Along with Y and fitness centers, check high school pools. I have swum here - the times generally are mid-day but you get to swim!
