I saw on Facebook a page on B1 HDT.
What’s the scoop? Is it good for us ?
I’m NOT on any B1 Supplements YET.
If you have any kind of a nutritional store that can help you to pick out the right ones for you, I'd suggest talking to them about a B-complex that has the B1 and other vitamins you may be lacking. Make sure your doctors approve you adding supplements as you don't want anything to interfere with the meds you're taking for PD, Lots of info if you Google "B-1" supplements.
I took high dose B1 to great effect. I not only felt great, I felt completely normal again. Then I didn’t
I had a very bad reaction, and discontinued the B1. While I was waiting for my system for my system to clear, I read this:

High dose Thiamine changes the PH of your gut biome and can lead to Renal Tubular Acidosis.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t use it. I’m saying you should be aware of this and be very careful.
The jury is still out on that I got incredible results early on , but I’ve gone in reverse since then. I just bumped it up to 1500mg a day, so we’ll see.
There is cause for a pause though;

Dale is correct! Seek medical advice first.
I’m not on any yet, I’m asking if anyone else is on them and what are the benefits vs risks
