Hello Kermit, you say you take your last dose of Levi before you go to bed but have severe symptoms when you get up at night. Have you tried taking any long-acting levodopa? Since I had a deep brain stimulator implanted, I can't take Stalevo during the day anymore (levodopa-carbadopa-entacapone) but I do take one before I go to sleep. I also take Ropinerol or Requip in the morning & at bedtime. It combines in a certain way with the levodopa and makes the medication not "turn off" so suddenly.
