Hi Carol, my husband was diagnosed with PD 2018, and with LBD 2020 with Donepezil as medication. Now this year, about six months ago the delusions and hallucinations became progressively worse. We now have Nuplazid since two weeks and of course I can't tell anything yet. I hope and pray it helps. The hallucinations are hell for us.
