If you can't find one locally, try a virtual one. I found this one: https://www.smartxpd.com during Covid. I am not very disciplined at doing programs that are self paced - I always have an excuse one no one is watching. So this is live (PST) he is out of LA but virtual. A lot of interaction with the instructor and the other participants. Plus, I don't have to find a way to get somewhere. Several classes for different levels, exercise, boxing, yoga, etc. He is offering the classes for free because Covid has hurt a lot of people financially. I would say try it for a few weeks free and if you like it - and you can afford it - pay for it. If you can't afford it go anyway. If you can afford a little -pay that. The instructor needs to make a living too.
Best to all!
