Yes, it is too painful for me in a bed, I get too sore so I sleep in a recliner that way I don’t move all over the place I put pillows on each side of me.

Try to get a hybrid memory foam mattress it helps while laying in bed also try getting a bed that is at the comfortable height to sit on that's what helps me
