Hi, Regarding fiber, I used to take the applesauce etc. but it didn't work. Now I take a combination of Flax,Chia and Hemp and 2 prunes (took years to find something that works. Also take Magnesium Glycinate.
Not sure if this works but for me I think it help. Liquid D, Liquid Turmeric, Liquid B complex. Also take rx sinemet 4x day. Recently my most uncomfortable symptom is exhaustion.

It's B complex. Don't recall who got me started on it.

Exhaustion understood! Psyllium Husks and. Stool softeners work too. Metamucil contains psyllium husks. but you can just take tablets which come in a higher dose.

I am afraid to add too much vitamins or supplements because not sure how they interact with Sinemet. My doctor told me that Vit C and D is her recommendation; my rheumatologist wants me to take Calcium Citrate as well.

We don't really know what are in some of these supplements.

Curious why B1.?? Thanks for your input.
