Discovered a dry red scaly place at the beginning of my left eyebrow. I'll ask my movement neurologist next week, but does anyone else have this? Is there anything topical that's effective for you?

Has Anyone Had Skin Problems Such As Itchiness And Rashes?

Has Anyone Had Skin Problems Such As Itchiness And Rashes?

I'm taking Mirepex and Sinemet and 2 years ago I developed itchy welts. It was diagnosed as Intertrigon (a fungal rash very common in Florida). I just about cleared that up and now I have Lichen Planus (itchy red bumps). The internet says it's an auto immune reaction. I'm using cortisone cream which doesn't work very well. Has anyone experienced this and, if so, how are you treating it? Do you think it's related to PD or the meds used to treat PD?

Has Anyone Experienced Hair Loss From Their Meds?

I take levodopa and amantadine and have experienced significant hair loss. I’m wondering if this is from my medication.

A MyParkinsonsTeam Member said:

Yes, some of these drugs for PD have terrible side effects. The benefits of these PD drugs should always outweigh the side effects.
