Applying for Disability parking permit will increase car insurance premiums?

Does anyone receive a discount on their car insurance for no longer driving? I just found out my insurance has actually gone up in price and I feel it should go down since I'm no longer driving.

Are any of you folks on the following medications and what has been their effectiveness? What has been your personal monetary cost? Does insurance cover them?

Have you had a skin reaction to Amantadine? My wife is on it -twice a day and it is quite good controlling dyskensia. There is a new formula on the market now, but she is not on this one.
If you have long term care insurance, yes. If you just have regular Medicare, probably not, unless you're in hospice and near death.

What symptoms are alleviated by DBS? Did your health insurance or VA help with the cost?
The cost was $175,000 to my insurance. I had the procedure done in
dec 2023 and still waiting for baseline to occur. As of today, I don't recognize the benefit.
Since being diagnosed with Parkinson's, I do fear that dementia. I'm beginning to think that forgetting where I put my ink pen is a natural part of aging. Is there any insurance advice anyone has for me. I just lost my healthcare. I really am familiar with Cleveland Clinic and take Rytary. I’m 63 and have Parkinson’s. I was hoping there may be a program for helping Parkinson’s patients. Thank you
