my mother has days during which she has continuous delusions throughout the day. Sometimes it is the same delusion just brought up multiple times during the day. I understand paranoid type delusions can be a part of parkinsons but her delusions are not like that. She just thinks things are happening that really are not, such as someone having a baby, or someone losing their job, or thinking people are coming over or we are going somewhere when we're really not. Hello, husband was experienced hallucinations, due to side effect of Mir-apex 3.00MG pill. Hallucinations were against me, seeing me having conversations in the middle of the night with a man. He kept waking me up and steering at me with a very deep look, that frightened me so much. Has anyone experienced something similar? and what to do?
Thanks for your replies. I wish there was something I can do. I just need to keep strong and continuously remind mysel this is Parkinsons and not my husband.

Would like to know how to invoke POA for someone who has become mentally incompetent. Hubby is suffering from Capgras. Thinks there are more than one of me. The bad one is trying to steal his money. He wants to see a lawyer. Anyone else facing this issue? How did u handle it. He’s extremely delusional so telling him I need to legally take over our finances isn’t an option.
Dkhewitt. I did get a letter from neurologist and have gotten invested funds protected.
I prove to him that no extra pills have been given but he gets angry and doesn’t believe me. He says I left some pills around but I didn’t.Does anyone have any advice. It’s so stressful. I even count pills in front of him.

What med works for the hallucination/delusions? He's trying SeroQuel but that has made it much worse.
Seeing ghosts. He has never been this bad. Do I call his doctor?
