I started to put the French Parkinson's site on there then I went to raya's homepage and it says Francesville, Indiana, USA but maybe that is not accurate
I would love to have a real support group in or near Milford. I love this on line group and have learned so much but I would also like a real Support Meeting.
There are no local PD support groups in that I have been able to locate in my area. I’ve contacted a Parkinson’s.org ambassador for my region & he didn’t know of any either. Ideally it would geared towards Early onset, but coming up blank.
My question is have any of you started a support group for your town or county? I’m considering taking that on, but honestly I’m at a loss. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you have a YMCA in town I would check their resources.
Cycling and social connections are two things known to slow PD. And LA is such a wonderful place to do it. Trying to form a team of cyclists with PD to meet and ride. The goal is to ride the the Socal Ride for Parkinson's on April 27. We'd train by riding every couple of weeks.
