OK, call me crazy, I'm getting kind of used to it (Lol)
But... I don't like water and yet since PD, a dehydrate so easily and there is too much sugar, real or artificial and too many calories in most everything else. But I found a wonderful alternative for me. I'm now so excited about infused water. He is recovering from a hard case of Covid as well. Any illness exaggerates his symptoms to excess. He begins to shuffle, hard to speak, not making sense. He had a scary spell where I thought he was having a stroke and I called 911. This has been a hard week, and I am trying to recover from Covid as well.

Get him the Liquid IV and have him drink this , encourage him to drink more throughout the day like water ,Gatorade, any type of drink like this is good some have higher sugar then others
