I once had the same problem. I even accidentally threw things across the room. I have been taking Requip for some time now and the tremors are completely controlled. I twitch a little occasionally, but nothing like before. There is also a physical therapy available called Loud. It helped me with involuntary movements a lot

Get some other trainers if they are aggressive , don't allow them to treat you like that 🙂
