Hi, sleep issues are a common problem with Parkinson’s.
I have no problems falling asleep but wake up between 2;00 and 3:00 every morning and cannot fall back to sleep.

It is either the PD or the meds - maybe it is both. I haven't had 5 hours uninterrupted sleep since I got PD. I doze off during the day. When I drive I have to drink coffee or eat trail mix one piece at a time & open a widow to stay awake. Yet on the plus side I have come to enjoy my quiet alone time while the rest of the world sleeps. It is also a good time to chat with or call cyber friends in different time zones of the world.
