Hi Janis I usually do have high levels of anxiety. I take propanolol with my Parkinson’s medication regimen and that seems to take off the edge but not really so I also take other medication for other neurological problems and I am prescribe for a shirt of time maybe 30 to 45 days sometime type of anti-anxiety medication, take care. And Buspar for panic attacks!
