Requip

Requip

I'm worried about my husband as he takes 24 mg Requip daily usually but yesterday forgot to take his pills all day and didn't sleep well last night and that's when I realized he hadn't taken his meds yesterday. I'm not sure what to do

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member: I bought a weekly medicine container at The Container Store which has daily compartments and esch daily compartment is broken down into 4 sections; morning, noon, evening, bedtime. I prepare this container each Sunday morning for the week and each morning I set out that day's container for my husband. This has been so helpful! He usually remembers to take his doses himself, for which I am grateful, but I can easily check and remind him if he has not remembered a dose. Hope this helps!

Thank you Erika! He forgot totally and I'm not used to reminding him. I make up daily containers but he usually gets them out of the drawer and takes them on his own.
I never even thought to read the literature , but he took 1st dose at 5:00 am and then at noon and by afternoon he was sorta back to what normal with PD is for him.
