Hi Kathy I suffer with spinal arthritis and have a epidural every six months it has now spread to my hips and knees so I am in pain 24/7 but the pain in the back of the hands is unlike arthritis,,I also take oramorph and dihydra codeine for the pain when it becomes unbearable
