In Your Experience What Causes Your Parkinson's To Flare Up, Or Your Symptoms To Worsen?

Unfamiliar situations, stress that I'm not used to (i.e. I train and am cornerman for my sons MMA fights and I'm fine with that, whereas his Mum can't even watch them.) Missing or late with my meds, fatigue, insomnia. Love the familiar responses. I also am captain of the shopping trolley, it hides so many things.

Stress is a horror and I agree shops and supermarkets can be stress central. If I am in the right frame of mind I try a bit of humour sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt What makes me worse is the look of pity when your hands dont want to work for u I become so clumsy I may only have two shoppers but get into a right guddle. I have said it many times PD is a thief and a dream snatcher. By the way I probably use some words which are local so if something isn't clear pls just ask me
