Agree it depends on the meds but also it is hard to tell how a person responds unless you actually start with a very low dose and increase while keeping almost everything else the same such as time if day and food and amt of wTer consumed. I worked with my dad's doc to adjust his meds waaaay lower. I tracked my dad's reaction and graphed it out in excel. He was given so much carbidop/levodopa that he started to hallucinate a lot. He was told that's just part of dementia and parkinsons and given seroquel to offset the hallucinations. I found that he did not have the hallucinations at all when the carbidopa / levodopa was reduced. I am with him all day everyday so can easily track his reaction though.
New onset of dyskinesia is an indication of high amounts of C/L in your system. Most common for people with Parkinson. You should tell your doctor it could be a side effect as well if your symptoms are different. We all react differently
