does anyone have sore lumpy tounge and sores or lessions on lips? My research says this is symptom of PD.

Lip sores that do not go away. I researched this and this is a symptom of PD. Also what is called a "lumpy tounge" is also somewhat painful. The tounge pain is come and go. I go soon on the 26th of August to an outside Nuerologist as the Veterans Administration has none in Wichita so I get to see a civilian Doc. Any suggestions would be helpful as my research shows hard for Docs to diagnose and sometime a person has to go to 30 Doctors to get a true diagnosis.

I had large open ulcers that wouldn't heal on my tongue for 14 months. They removed parts of my tongue twice. The PD was causing a constant chewing which kept them raw. When I went to my new neurologist she found that I was "dangerously low" of B12. She gave me injections of " massive" doses. The increase of B12 contributed to increased dopiamine which slowed down the chewing. Then the Oral surgeon did some research and found out that the B12 deficiency was probably causing the ulcers in the first place. Yes mine was related to the PD and exacerbated by the low B12. Hope this helps

The old problem went away but some of it came back. One on my tongue and one close by on my cheek. My PCP ran a blood test and I'm " moderately low on the B12" even with the injections. The oral surgeon the neurologist and my PCP are all workin together to look deeper into it. Imagine that 3 health care providers working together! Bottom line it's PD related. I hope your search for answers goes as well as mine has. Gods blessings be on you.
