My husband's doctor told him that there has been some success lessoning off times of Carbidopa levodopa when Lithium is added. He said the amount used is roughly half of the amount a doctor would use to treat Bi Polar Disorder.

No I have never taken that and I dont know of anyone who is.
I don't, when I started having all the anxiety problems, insomnia, memory loss,nand confusion (which I later found out was part of the Parkinson's), I was quickly diagnosed with bipolar disorder and placed on Lamactal, lithium, and trazodone. Another doctor disagreed with the bipolar diagnosis and took me off all 3.medicines, and we experimented with other drugs and dosages till we got it just about right,
