Me dr say I have Parkinsonism. I was diagnosed in April if 2016 and I'm in stage 3 to stage 4 with some stage 5. But as some of you already know I am very positive!!! And I love to laugh!! My neurologist and my family dr. Say I'm an excellent candidate for DBS surgery. I take the 2 to 4 hour memory test. For the 2nd time in 1 1/2 years. If my brain is functioning well enough I believe the surgery might be a go. If I am unable to have the surgery unfortunately my progression will increase quickly. I was told a year and a half ago that within a year I would be unable to work. Well so far I have proved them wrong!!!
My neurologist told me that Parkinson's is the easiest to control under
The Dr. told us that Parkinsonism is the symptoms of, but not Parkinson itself.
