I've tried a couple of apps but don't especially want to keep the phone with me all the time. I get up at different times in the morning so
I have to figure out my schedule each day, which wasn't easy with the apps. Writing it down helps a lot but I still find myself forgetting several times a week.
I would like to find out much more about the protein- and after- taking meds For example,, if I am invited to a luncheon, when can I take the meds. My caregivers are pulling out their hairl
Thanks for the suggestion. It sounds like I need to make my schedule the same each day instead of constantly changing the starting time and I need to add some kind of alarm system.
I have not had a problem with protein, so I just eat what and when I want to - guess I'm lucky on that one.
The nurses here take full advantage of the " one hour either side" guidelines. Sometimes the doses are 3 hours apart sometimes 6 . My Dr had a fit. She said. " I am the Dr they are the nurses. I write the orders they follow the orders". She call the admin but it's not always better. I feel like I am riding a roller coaster.
