tremors in leg, sweating, shaking,fatigue restless legs, insomnia cold feet, shortness of breath unsteadiness when walking dizziness.

It sounds like a B12 deficiency.....and you really need to go to your doctor & quickly because of the shortness of breath..you may also have asthma. Keep me posted.

Does your doctor know about all these symptoms? Shortness of breath could also be heart-related. Hang in there.
