Imbalance is m biggest problme; I am in a wheelchair almost 100% of t hwe time as I can't be confidnt aboit using m fancy U Step II walker.and my swllowing isbecomeing an isssue as well. and obviousely, mymotor skills arre almosst nil. shands drs, have not ruled out MSA yet, as I have variouw problems, though no hypopstic hypertension'\. Phil's issues most bothersome are swallowing, speech, and imbalance. Also bladder. There are many more, but these bother him the most. He gets speech/swallowing exercises once a week. Tends to aspirated some and drooling. Trying to keep to a minimum. Seems to be helping, but he needs to do them. Everyday!!!!
My earlier symptoms were blacking out, heart rate was erratic from 40 to a recorded 235bpm. Body cramping, blurred vision. Walking around felt like my feet were in concrete. Trying to walk straight was and is impossible anymore. Hopefully that answers your question.
yes me too, i was diagnosed with the so called ' Atypical Parkinson"in 2012 ,and true to its form had progressed rapidly the past 6-8 months.
