My neuro prescribed herbal SAM E-helped for awhile but not so much now but I don't dare skip it -afraid to see how tired I would be without it

Just 3 meds. Going down to 2 soon. Carb/Leva, and Requip.

Amantadine for low energy. Modafinil for the same reason. Apart from that, none.

Three, Sinemet 25-250 cut in half six times a day, Sinemet CR 50-200 at bedtime and Neupro 6mg patch.
