My most severe PD symptoms are : rigidity, speech disorder, slowness of mouvements( struggling to get up from a seated position)excessive sleepiness

Stiff legs, they feel like I have 100# casts on each leg, they just don't want to move.

Tremors & difficulty walking, pain in mid-back, poor balance WERE the symptoms before I ha Dx and Sinemet. Now I only have insomnia, pain in sacroiliac, difficulty speaking loudly.
