I know some of us have a hard time remembering when to take our meds. I found a great app if you have a smartphone. This app allows you to enter all your meds how often that you need to take them in the time. It will sound an alarm when it's time to take your meds and you have to press that you took them. With this medication reminder you can have as many medications on there as you need and set each one up for their own time
My son @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member put my medicine into my tablet almost year ago. It sounds an alarm at 8Am 12 noon 4pm an at 9 pm.This will go off for 5 minutes until it stops on its own.You can manually stop it, at anytime.Think all of these devices now have these apps.Know they have come in handy for alot of things, for people like myself they have have been wonderful.Am adding you to my team.
