I have been on this site for quite some time now and it seems like I talk to the same people all the time but when I go on the Pinboard I see people I never heard from or saw on this site. Do we see everyone's post here or only a few. I know there are so many members here but was wondering why I see the same names all the time. Are they the only one's posting? Just curious. @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member: As I understand the operation of MPT, depending on what area you are in (questions and answers, main activity page, et al) is where your post will be confined to and only the people in that area will be able to read your post. To get greater dissemination of your post, you should post your question, comment, or whatever, your best bet is the main activity area with questions a very close second.
If you have further questions and/or comments, find the "Contact Us" which is located at the bottom of the "questions and answers" page.

Look up at the top left of the page and you will see a blue circle that says QUICK START. It explains how this site works.
Directly below the yellow colored word "my," you will see three gray horizontal lines. Press this to get a drop down menu. One of the choices is "Meet Others." Press this and if you have the time, you can see all 400,000(+) members.
