This is what I hate being tired aches my moods my stomach bloated tremors migraines. I mean my god I take a shower and I'm exhausted I hate this I want it to just go away I want my life back as you can see having a bad couple of days
I hear you. I've finally reached the conclusion that no matter what is causing the pain, it won't go away so I may as well live around it. Started an aggressive exercise program with Invigoratept.com and have now progressed to joining a gym. This from a person who has spent her life avoiding exercise! Still plenty of pain, but the exercise pain sort of out-hurts the PD and back/hip pains.
I agree with all u say. Half the time i don't know if my pain is due g to myybad hip ..replacement next month.. or my bad back or my Parkinson's. It is fffustraiting.but u havre to keep a sense of humour . Thats what gets me throuvhh llol
I know just how you feel. but we don't have a choice but to take one day at at time. Be the best we can be and do what we can do. This disease takes and takes from us until we are not ourselves anymore but my family loves me and encourages I hope you have someone to encourage you too. Here is to better days.
That has become the largest definition
of this life .It could be worse.
I try to remain thankful.🤔
i use ginger root OTC which speeds up gastric emptying for bloating; or simethicone if i think it's gas. Showers fatigue me too. i plan them when I'm "on" sometimes late at night is better than morning.Life changes with PD, but i know my suffering is not unheard out there, and people are working hard to push back against this scourge. i was a polio pioneer for Salk vaccine testing - those rows of kids in iron lungs were the motivation for the march of dimes that beat polio and hopefully the legions of us who shake will spur the necessary research that this disease will be rare in another generation.
