My wife is just starting a program called Amino Acid Therapy which is run by Dr. Ross Stewart at the Body and Brain Wellness Center in Dallus TX. Anyone else tried this program? Would like to hear your experiences in it.

Initial cost for starting therapy was steep at $3600 plus about $600 for supplements. Have spend another $400 for refills 5 weeks in. Insurance does not cover anything.

To start we take the supplements only at meal time. Breakfast: 1-Neuroreplenish cap; 2-B6 tabs & 2 Mucuna (1.2 grams) caps; Lunch 3-CysReplete caps, 2-B6 &2 Mucuna (1.2 grams) caps Dinner: 1-Neuroreplenish cap; 2-B6 tabs 3-CysReplete caps, & 2 Mucuna (1.2 grams) caps . Increased Mucuna twice in 3 weeks to 9 grams daily. Meet weekly with Dr, Stewart by way of Skype to discuss any problems and changes that might have taken place. Encouraged to email or call when things change.

That worries me about this disease; to use preferred non pharma approaches like MP AA Therapy, maybe even some MMJ or CBD ( non THC ) requires self adjustments and your life savings over time .

Can we ask: what is the ball park price for services and supplements ; assuming insurance does not cover?
