I have been trying to locate others that developed PD so that I can prove that our Parkinson's disease was caused by toxic air We breathed on 911. So far the WTCHTP ( World Trade Center Health and Treatment Program ) has not recognized PD or any other neurological illness as a covered illness for the VCF ( Victims Compensation Fund ). I have done extensive research and I have talked to many doctors and medical personnel who agree with me

I hsve been busy with family business lately so i havent followef up on it since they denied us brmefits .i did however post some forms to appeal their decision .you can get thrm on the wtc web site..Good zluck

My husband worked at 390 Greenwich (less than 1 mile) and continued there until his disability retirement in 2016. He was diagnosed, Early Onset (no family history) in 2009 and I've longed suspected a link. I did see the petitions last summer and the resulting decision to not add PD. I contacted the CDC and they responded quickly, but with nothing more to offer. This is the first time I've noticed this forum. Please respond to me when you can. Thanks!
