Hi Anna they are Runner Beans, a vegetable grown in the summer, we have a Clematis, Montana Reuben, or commonly known as ' mile a minute ' because it grows so fast, it has pale pink flowers that smell just like chocolate, it's quite a vigorous plant but kept in check is a good plants to hide a boring wall.
It can look a bit of a mess in the winter months, but prune it back a little and it'll be off again.
