Does anyone do yoga? I think it would be helpful, but also too difficult due to tremor.

Yoga makes me feel so good. It relaxes me which is always a challenge , sometimes I actually fall asleep during shivasna. Not sure of spelling .

Thank you. I was supposed to start yesterday, but was unable to go. Will have to wait another week.

Yes - I agree we have to keep moving. My other word is "focus." So many times I have to really pay attention to what I am trying to do - must focus!

wonderful.....I do yoga 1 to 2 times a week. We are encouraged to do only what feels right for us....it's not a competition...and I am noticeably more flexible and less sore.

I went for the first time yesterday. It was ok - I made it through the whole class. I am not sore today, and plan to go back next week. I downloaded a book on my kindle that describes the different poses - so I will do better next week.

My tremor did not bother me at all. So - I think it went fine, and plan to continue.
