I would highly recommend any and all exercise. PWR is very good and I would definitely try it out. Also intense biking is terrific. Studies do indicate that intense exercise can be nearly as effective at alleviating symptoms as prescribed meds. I know my dad has done absolutely great and we helped him to do a lot of exercise - probably more than most people with Parkinson’s could do since my brother and I did all the work to help him work out nearly daily for years and when he couldn’t do that Nymore we got an air dyn stationary bike and when he couldn’t do that we got a theracycle and I also used a gait trainer and still do so he can safely still walk a little
