A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

Thiamine HCI (vitamin B1) therapy has been a game changer for me and instrumental in reversing many of my symptoms. It's quite popular in Italy, where pharmaceuticals are not always the first approach used for treatment.

My husband started on High-Dose Thiamine 3 months ago
with very good results!
(This is Vitamin B 1, a water-solvable vitamin.)
All his PD symptoms have improved, and even tremors are much reduced, even long periods tremor-free.
He has a nearly 6 yr hx of PD, and remains on Amantadine and c/l 25/100 three times a day.
Many US Dr are not aware of this treatment and we need to provide info to them, and inform them that it is a safe therapy, with a 5 year history in U/K and Italy.
Hoping all who read this will do their research and discuss this safe therapy with their Dr.
