My husband and I take Tai Chi lessons at the Y. I also take a water exercise class there. I'm sure that it helps with my balance. If you don't have a place nearby to take lessons, I'm sure you could find a DVD. I also take synthetic marijuana oil and many pills. The CBD oil seems to help when I'm jittery. We had to jump through many hoops to get the license for the CBD oil. Every state is different.

Think about it! If there was a cure for Parkinson's don't you think we would have heard about it? Try not to be...you know what I mean.

You can find many Tai Chi videos on you tube. They have them specifically designed for Parkinson’s even for people confined to a wheel chair. They have beginner videos as well as intermediate and master level. They have something for everyone
