I had normally does not go back-and-forth side to side and I also breathe heavy and is not time for my medicines

Thanks I will call the doctor tomorrow I stop taking amantadine Because itgave me some very different side effects

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member Joe, if the regular amantadine is giving you issues... you might ask your Dr about changing to Gocovry, it's the new extended release version.. and it made a big difference for me...…. I take two at bedtime, then go to sleep....and it works all day the next day.. :)

Yes I take Rytary [carbidopa levodopa]. I take propanol for tremors, before I had Parkinsons I had what is called a benign tremor I took only propanol for about 6 years . 80mg s day, now I take 60mg a day. Amandine did not agree with me . I hope i helped & thx. Joe F

I tend to become a 'bobble head' if I've taken carbidopa/levidopa more often than usual and/or if I haven't taken my amantadine (which is supposed to suppres.s the dyskinesia). Once it get going it is hard to control.

The doctor switched me over to Rytary - it's a time release carb/dop formula.

Hi Fornell: I also take Amantadine, it took some time to adjust to it. My Dr has me take 2x a day, morning and late afternoon. I don’t feel it always helps.
