Is there anything he likes to do? Did he have any hobbies before? That would help a lot. My husband finished making a wooden station house for our grandson for his train set. It took him months but it kept him busy & it kept him awake.

My husband is tired all the time and falls asleep a lot during the day. Sometimes while eating. He spends a lot of time in bed. Would like to know if there's any thing I can do with his diet to give him more energy. He is tired way to much

Extreme fatigue is one of my main symptoms. I’ve learned it’s less frustrating if I don’t fight it. I listen to music, relax and hope the next day will be better. Regarding falling asleep: I haven’t seen a whole tv show for years. I fall asleep frequently , often for 5-10 minutes. The more I exercise and the better I sleep at night, the less I fall asleep during the day.
