I have had multiple episodes of passing out without warning. I also experience lightheadedness when I go from sitting for a while to standing. Lisa I am going for an autonomic reflex test in January. Since several of your symptoms I have as well, I will let you know what the outcome is of the test.
when i 1st got PD i always told my nero that i felt like a motor was running inside my body when my tremors were outside i didn't have that motor anymore after DBS surgery i can sit and relax what a blessing my whole body is still
Yes, I have the inner trembles, feeling weak and fatigue. I didn't realize that it might be part of the PD.

Thanks for answering! I have stomach issues already but I do have swallowing problems that I feel are partly because of the PD. I also had chokkng issues a while back. Noow I sleep in an adjustable bed so my head is elevared,
